Easy Angels Pudding Recipe
Pudding is one of my favorite desserts! Besides being very tasty and cold, it's usually always very easy and quick to make pudding. At Specialfood I share with you this angels pudding recipe, a maria-mole pudding that is one of my favorite recipes. Try it and see that it is delicious!
Ingredients to Make Easy Angels Pudding:
1 box of Maria Mole
1 bottle of Coconut Milk (200ml)
1 can of condensed milk
1 box of sour cream
4 units of Egg
200 milliliters of warm water
150 grams of Sugar
How to Make Angels Pudding Easy:
Start by dissolving the Maria-mole box in 200 ml of warm water.
In a blender, beat coconut milk, condensed milk, cream and eggs. When well beaten, add the maria-mole mixture and beat again until smooth.
Meanwhile, put the sugar in a pan, add 2-3 tablespoons of water and let it melt, to turn into a caramel. Spread the caramel into the pudding pan and add the mixture from a blender. Refrigerate and leave overnight to set well.
Your angels pudding is ready! When serving, you can decorate with red fruits or any other fruit you like. Enjoy your food!
